Buying Remedies
Note: remedies must be stored away from electronics, phones, microwaves and strong smells and should not be x-rayed at the airport.

  1. Start with the deluxe remedy kit of thirty-six remedies for $75. It’s cost-effective and includes a quick guide inside: homeopathykits.com.
  2. For remedies not in the kit, you can purchase Helios remedies or Ollois on Amazon; both are lactose-free. Boiron is not recommended as their remedies are dairy; considering they are not swallowed but rather dissolved under the tongue a Rav should be consulted.
  3. In Crown Heights, Mrs. Bongart sells lactose-free remedies ($10 each): 718-756-4389.

DIY Matching Remedies

  1. For a more in-depth reference beyond the mini guide included in the kit, Miranda Castro’s book, “The Complete Homeopathy Handbook” was specifically written for the home user.
  2. Remedyseeker.com has an app for iPhone and iPad to help you find the right remedy.
